Broadband taking ages to arrive

Hello,
I ordered broadband with phone line switchover on 4 September, and its estimated activation date is the 30th. As this is 17 working days, it does seem an excessively long delay— do you know what the reason for it is?

It looks like there's some resource issues in your area hence the delay.
