Broadband still slow after 7 days.

Adam reset SNR on the 14th Nov. and it was ok for a few hours with a d/l speed of 1315 Kbps (good for me anyway), then dropped to around 600+ Kbps.  Since then line has been steady, but has not recovered, is line stuck again Huh  Can someone give it a nudge, I don't want to wait another 4 days for a ticket to be sorted.

Re: Broadband still slow after 7 days.

Try a speed test in around 5 minutes and see if it's improved now.

Thank you Chris for your prompt response, I just hope it stays there.
What was the problem and was there anything I could have done from my end to get the same result.
Once again thank you.
