Broadband still not active, even though I was told 5/07/14

I got a text from plusnet saying my broadband was due to become active before midnight on the 5th of July, and that they'd text me when it was ready to use.
But I haven't heard anything still and I've even plugged in the router just incase they'd forgotten to text, but if doesn't work.
Why hasn't my broadband become active yet, even though I was told it would yesterday?

Unless you ring them you probably wont get a answer here until tomorrow morning, as the forums guys dont work weekends.

You might also want to check the tickets in the Member Centre to make sure there hasn't been an issue with your activation.
