I am new to Plusnet, signed up 5th march. 3 engineer visits and finally had phone line installed and set router up on Tuesday 24th March but still no broadband activated. Two of us are key workers trying to work from home and 3 children all trying to homeschool online and no internet now for one month. I am literally desperate and the calls now don't connect at all and online chat is offline. Support said for one week they will get back to me but still nothing. I need to contact someone at Plusnet!! and it needs to be fixed.
