Broadband speed

My broadband speed seems to be getting slower and slower. I'm supposed to get 55.6 mb but latest line speed check gives me only 12 mb. Tried phoning but got the usual response to say we are really busy current waiting time 35 mins. Chat is out of order so there isn't any helpful staff  sorting stuff out. Please investigate

Hi there, I've just checked your account and ran a few checks and all looks OK. Are you seeing the drop in speeds over a WiFi connection? If so it would be a good idea to test over a wired connection to the router if you can to see if the same problem happens. - Adam
