Broadband speed

My broadband speed is 0.09 down load and 0.06 up load. This is not using a wireless connection. Wireless is slighly slower. Cannot get a response by phone. Any ideas how to get it resolved?

Together with our network partners at Openreach we are prioritising customers who don’t have a phone line or broadband connection, meaning there might be a delay in Speed Faults being fixed. In the meantime, please raise your speed fault online at faults.plus.net.

Sorry, but what is the practical difference between a download speed of 0.09Mbps and no connection? It is totally unusable.

I'm afraid responses like that make me very happy that I've just cancelled my Plusnet broadband altogether!
