The postage and packaging would be £6.99

With regards to the DLM query your profile is currently "WBC 4M - 9M No delay (INP 0) 6dB Downstream, UC No delay (INP 0) 6dB Upstream (ADSL2+)" so I've actioned another reset which has increased your sync speed.

The line is definitely uncapped, checking the asset directly showed this. However I believe that on a previous DLM change the upstream was set to 448 incorrectly. I've put a new one through and it's back to a 1200 sync on the upstream.
