Hopefully a member of staff will spot this and advise.
Raising a speed fault may be necessary but hang fire to see it it is picked up here
Do you have a Plusnet supplied router - if so you could try running Routerstats and seeing what the bit loading is like http://www.vwlowen.co.uk/internet/files.htm
