Broadband speed too slow last few days

Lost connection for a while which I guess was you testing line? Now profile shows 1120 kbps Upstream.

Now got more noise on line, and profile been changed again.
DownStream Connection Speed 1433 kbps
UpStream Connection Speed 392 kbps
The noise issue is very frustrating. Comes and goes. It was fine up all week until this morning. Have tested from master socket to check not internal wiring issue, but BT has this nice threat of £129 fine if they find any fault caused by us somewhere....so scaring customers like me from call them up.
If I switched to Plusnet fibre + phone package would still need to resolve this noise issue myself I guess.

The noise on the phone line needs to be resolved first as chances will be that's the main cause of your issue.
If you switched to fibre and phone depending on where the issue is your broadband connection might improve or get worse.
We can't do anything different from BT so if our tests don't find a issue we'd need to book a appointment
