Broadband speed too slow last few days

Am on PlusNet Unlimited but recently download speeds have been slow.
This from Router:

This from BT Speed Test:
1. Best Effort Test:
Download Speed : 0.51 Mbps
2. Upstream Test:
Upload Speed : 0.35 Mbps
Have tried everything. Has been slow since loss of broadband Friday evening (31st January); can someone look to see if something has been reset somewhere?

Hi there,
Your line is disconnecting a lot, is the router plugged into the master socket via a filter?

Had line noise problems over the weekend that has now been resolved.
Is that issue? is this DLM that has changed my profile?

Yep, DLM has increased the SNR on your line to try and improve the stability, this in turn reduces your speed.
Although there aren't as many disconnections showing today, there are still a few and resetting the line while it's still disconnecting could just make it worse again. If I was to reset the line, I couldn't do it again within 10 days.
Let me know if you'd like to try the reset, or get this looked into as a fault.

I switched off and on router a few times today to see if that made any difference.
I guess best for me to wait till DLM updates my profile? (and leave router alone?!)

If the disconnects today were you, then I'm less concerned about the line reset. Let me do a bit more testing.

Right, the line had been banded due to the issues over the weekend. I've removed the banding, resetting the line. Can you log in to the router and disconnect/reconnect and fingers crossed your speed is back to normal.

Still got 448kbps upstream.

Hmm odd, the line is definitely showing as uncapped in one place I can see a 448 cap when I test the line.

OK, I've just done another line test (it may have briefly disconnected you, sorry about that) and I can see your upload is now syncing at 1120, can you let me know if you're still seeing it syncing lower from your end.
