Router says:

Current Rate (Kbps) 448 4672

SNR Margin (dB) 20 12.1
Line Attenuation (dB) 27 49.1
Errors (Pkts) 0 0
but BT Wholesale says
Download speed achieved during the test was - 0.58 Mbps
For your connection, the acceptable range of speeds is 0.4 Mbps-2 Mbps.
Additional Information:
Your DSL Connection Rate :4.67 Mbps(DOWN-STREAM), 0.45 Mbps(UP-STREAM)
IP Profile for your line is - 1.25 Mbps
Broadband has been generally stable and quick since August last year, when I had problems for about a month. Now it's all sliding downhill again...
Could anyone have a quick look see?

It appears that your connection was dropping a lot on Friday, however that's stabilized since then. This will have caused the profile to be lowered, however I've just submitted an SNR reset that should have this sorted within the next few hours.

This evening I have:
Current Rate (Kbps) 448 4064
Max Rate (Kbps) 1060 4352
SNR Margin (dB) 20 13.3
Line Attenuation (dB) 27 49.1
and
Download speed achieved during the test was - 1.19 Mbps
For your connection, the acceptable range of speeds is 0.4 Mbps-2 Mbps.

Your DSL Connection Rate :4.06 Mbps(DOWN-STREAM), 0.45 Mbps(UP-STREAM)
IP Profile for your line is - 1.25 Mbps
So better but still looks a bit wonky...
I'll try a disconnect and reboot and see if that does anything...

Looking at these stats, the SNRM Target still looks as though it is 12dB. The synch rate is also lower.
When posting stats, can you please include as much information as is available - uptime and error counts are very useful.
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
