I never usually have an issue with the internet, however, in the past few months, it is getting slower and slower. Currently, like most people, both myself and my partner have to work from home and the download/upload speed is horrendously slow.
I did a speed test with results coming back as:
Download: 9.67 Mbps
Upload: 0.98 Mbps
Is there anything that can be done do to improve it?
