That's great thank you both. The router has only been up since it last rebooted (manually by me ) for about 45 minutes. I will not touch it anymore!

It looks as though we just have to wait for the DLM to catch up. I can reset the SNR for you which may kick it but will have to get one of my colleagues in the office to do it. I'll get back to you and let you know how it goes. But definitely don't reboot your router!

I've just tested the line and your sync rate is now 6560, so you may yet see another increase. Glad it's running better for you.
