That's great thank you both. The router has only been up since it last rebooted (manually by me ) for about 45 minutes. I will not touch it anymore!

Hi Danny,
It looks as though we just have to wait for the DLM to catch up. I can reset the SNR for you which may kick it but will have to get one of my colleagues in the office to do it. I'll get back to you and let you know how it goes. But definitely don't reboot your router!

You may find that after about 4 hours your IP Profile shown by the BT speed test will increase. You'll then need to wait for the current line speed shown by https://portal.plus.net/my.html?action=stable_rate to increase to match (JoJo can push that along if you post once the IP Profile has increased).

I've just tested the line and your sync rate is now 6560, so you may yet see another increase. Glad it's running better for you.
