When I open my browser my screen automatically loads the Broadband Setup - Information Needed page. I then enter my email and password, click "go", and go to the "success" page. I can apparently then use the Internet; however, when I try to go to a website I am automatically rerouted to the Broadband Setup Information Needed page. This was been going of for a while. Any help would be really really appreciated!

For that connection it won't be the email that is required, if you enter the following it should connect itself
username: yourplusnetusername@plusdsl.net
password: your member centre password to login to our website
just replace the "yourplusnetusername" with your actual username of course, this should be included on one of the welcome emails

Thanks for getting back to me.
I have tried my username, as well as the broadband username - in fact they are the same. The problem is that after I am successful with the broadband setup and try to move to another page, I am automatically reverted to the initial setup page.

if you go to http://192.168.1.254 to bypass the initial setup and get into the router settings, what information does it show in there? is it showing your correct information?

tr069 is our automated configuration system that will usually fill in the details for you, if you change the details in there to your account details manually that will work
