Broadband service cancelled in error

Hi,
My Plusnet broadband service has been cancelled in error and apparently now it needs to be checked with the suppliers to get it switched back on or reprovisioned (not 100% sure why it can't just be reactivated from Plusnet's end), what can I do to get it reconnected as quickly as possible?

Hi, I understand the order has now been replaced and was told that an engineer should be able to attend  tomorrow (Wednesday the 19th) for an appointment to get the service back up and running, but haven't had any confirmation.
Please could you let me know if this is going ahead?
