Broadband renewal

Hi,

 

I'm not sure if my renewal went through. I have had no email confirmation and in my account it is telling me this.

 

"An error has occurred

You can't change your products for the moment, you already have a product change in progress."

 

Can anyone help please.

I have had this problem for over a year now and still trying to get it resolved!! I was told in January 2020 that it is a known problem and will be resolved as a priority - I am still waiting!!  I am very unhappy with Plusnet at the moment as I have been unable to pay my Saver Line Rental and am currently having to pay each month. Currently waiting for a reply from them for the message I sent yesterday .... I am not holding my breath!
