Broadband problems

My broadband connection has literally been disconnecting every few minutes tonight, here are the router stats:
Uptime: 0 days, 0:04:32
DSL Type: ITU-T G.992.5
Bandwidth (Up/Down) [kbps/kbps]: 1.252 / 7.611
Data Transferred (Sent/Received) [MB/GB]: 52,03 / 1,63
Output Power (Up/Down) [dBm]: 12,6 / 0,0
Line Attenuation (Up/Down) [dB]: 24,8 / 41,0
SN Margin (Up/Down) [dB]: 5,9 / 9,3
System Vendor ID (Local/Remote): TMMB / ----
Chipset Vendor ID (Local/Remote): BDCM / IFTN
Loss of Framing (Local/Remote): 165 / 0
Loss of Signal (Local/Remote): 23 / 0
Loss of Power (Local/Remote): 0 / 0
Loss of Link (Remote): -
Error Seconds (Local/Remote): 431 / 10
FEC Errors (Up/Down): 0 / 176.795
CRC Errors (Up/Down): 0 / 0
HEC Errors (Up/Down): 0 / 0
Although I have logged a support ticket about this, I was told that nothing could be done until Monday (BT Openreach not operating on weekends it would seem), I just wondered if someone could double check my line as I think something was missed earlier.

Re: Broadband problems

Have you tried connecting to the test socket?

Re: Broadband problems

Hi jcourtenay,
I've just taken a look at your line and account and everything looks OK, have things improved for you?
