Broadband phone calls question

Hi,  I have a broadband only package and I have noticed that there is 25mb usage for broadband phone calls this month and I was just wondering what that could be for.  I know it's not a significant amount but I've never noticed it before.

have you made any broadband phone calls?  do you use skype, or some other voip?

Hi southken,
Occasionally our systems can pick up other types of traffic as VOIP (Skype etc..) This can include gaming.
I'd not worry too much about this but let us know if you see anything amiss more significantly like a really high amount of unexpected usage.

Thanks Adam, I did notice extra usage which I think was streaming rather than websites which I couldn't really account for.  I've been trying to check my usage but for the past couple of days I just get a page saying that there isn't any usage to show but there definitely is.  Also, the whole history of previous months usage isn't available now, is that a new change?
