Broadband out of contract
My contract for fibre extra broadband recently came to an end and i'm now paying the out of contract amount.
according to the website i have no other option than to continue paying this higher amount which i dont want to do when i know i can get broadband cheaper.
I've had no problems with plusnet but can't afford to continue with them.

I find this quite surprising.
Ring the Customer Options Team on 0800 013 2632 and discuss it with them. This number is normally answered quite quickly.
