Broadband not activated on new line!

Have a red light on router which suggests broadband has not been activated despite being told it already has.  Sort it out Plusnet as already as a new customer not impressed by your service!

Re: router not activated on new line!

How about trying to be polite; you may get some assistance then. A router does not need activating, the broadband service on the line perhaps.

Yes meant broadband not activated! I was being polite, but venting my frustration!

@FChow

As it is a Sunday, you will probably not get an answer  from Plusnet today. I would phone them (free call from any UK landline or UK mobile)

0800 432 0200 (from within the UK)

Ex - Plusnet Customer (2009 - 2023) now with BT
