Sometimes connection comes back, but this time still not working.

I've just looked at your line and can see that some of the settings stored by our suppliers may be the cause for the constant drops in connection. I'm just going to try and change these to give the line more stability.
You should start to see a difference in around 30 minutes. I don't think it's the router at fault after looking at your connection.

Your broadband has already been activated. It might be worth clicking the 'My Broadband is Active' link in the bottom left of that screen.

I appreciate the tech support department is busy dealing with faults but can this problem be resolved properly ?
The fault with the service makes it unsuable, and this now happens regularly, does this affect any terms in the contract I have with Plusnet? Could I cancel the contract early without incurring cancellation fee based on the intermittent service?

Unfortunately faults can happen from time to time and can be outside of yours and our control. We will do everything we can to get the service working as we would expect as quickly as we possibly can for you.
