Broadband light flashing. Internet light out

Good evening, i am hoping someone might be ablento help me. Been having the same problem intermittently for a while now, the internet randomly disconnects and doesn't come back on for hours at a time and even then only once we have reset router or unplugged etc... woke up to the same problem this morning, lights all flashing on router bar the internet light which is out. Done the usual resetting etc however no joy. Beginning to get quite frustrated with this problem now. Any help greatly received

Really sorry to hear that this has been happening to you.

I'd love tot take a look into your account and see if we can isolate the cause of this - could you PM me with your username? I've tried the one inputted on your details section, also the email address, but i'm afraid nothing is linking to a specific account. 

In the meantime - I'd recommend starting with basic checks here here

If that doesn't help the next thing would be to rule your internal wiring out by plugging the connection into your test socket which is under the faceplate of your master socket and seeing if the drops stop. This rules out internal wiring, face plates and extension sockets as being the cause. How to locate the test socket and set your connection into it can be found here here
