I have moved home and received an email notification from the move team to say that my broadband should be active as of yesterday.
I have plugged in my router and have all green lights including the broadband light, however the internet light does not go green at all. Having tried the usual reboot method and reset the factory settings as a precaution, the issue still persists.
I ran a connection test, via the routers admin page, which returned "No ATM activity on your DSL line"
I have also noticed, that when I try to do the troubleshooting test connection via the plusnet website, it is still registered to the telephone number at my old address.
I would greatly appreciate some help as the support number is currently sitting at 45 minutes waiting time.
