Broadband keeps dropping out mutliable times a day

Good morning.

I recently downgraded my package from the Epic Unlimited fibre extra deal to just the standard unlimited fibre package, since doing this my broadband has been completely rubbish with constant broadband drops which last a few minutes each. My computer is wired to the router by CAT6 but this is also effecting wireless devices. i am 100% this is nothing to do with the router or modern as i have followed the step by step guide offered by plus net to fizzle out these issues.

can someone please check my line! please help!

thank you Gandalf, last thing! is it possible you can provide me with upload and download speeds that i am getting in the last view days? i found my upload to terrible, i been having massive issues with trying to upload files from my computer to Dropbox.

It looks like an engineer fixed the fault on Saturday.

Before the fault investigation began:

Downstream Speed	40.0 Mbps
Upstream Speed	0.4 Mbps

 And after it was investigated:

Downstream Speed	40.0 Mbps
Upstream Speed	10.0 Mbps

Can you try resetting the router the next time it happens?
