Broadband keeps dropping out multiple times a day (watchdog reset)

Hello, how do you run this diagnostics? I think I'm experiencing the same issue. Only been with plusnet for 4 weeks and every day without fail the router has a error 1 - 3 times per day and I need to switch it off and on. The internet is excellent when it's actually working in between! So possible lay a faulty router.

Get them to start some line tests and fault diagnosis. I didn't need to reboot my router, it would always come up again and work, but constantly drop throughout the day. Touch wood its been rock solid for months now (I put up with it for best part of a year) and especially atm with 2 ppl working from home it would have been impossible.
