Broadband keeps dropping out in evening

Can anyone help me with this issue. It fully drops out not just slow in the evenings. Unable to get through a 30 minute show. During day usually fine. 7pm onwards issues start.
Any ideas?

@presh5 Welcome to the forums. What exactly do you mean by 'dropping out'?

And - are you on ADSL (as you've posted on that board) or FTTC.? This will affect the response you will get from any fellow customers who try to help.

Hi John,
Thank you so much for responding so quickly appreciate it. I think I've cracked it. Basically internet was fine it was to do with the WiFi signal. I spoke to tech team and they told me step by step how to change the wireless channel from auto.
