I was hoping someone can help. I have had intermittent issues for a few months that when I ring the problems remedy themselves then the issues start again. We aren't doing anything different our end and have changed routers.
Most recently I was advised to download an android channel analyser which I did, we are now on a channel on our own (13) and are still having issues. The chat won't open and I don't have 20 mins to wait on hold, but wanted to find out my guaranteed minimum speed? I have ran two speed checks today.
Thank you

The minimum guaranteed speed is based on the connection rate your router connects to the exchange at, not the speed you connect over wifi I'm afraid.
What speeds do you get on a wired connection? Are they more consistent?

Thank you, I will check this. Some times the router just flashes as if unable to connect, we are using a net gear router.
