Two things
The BT profile hasn't changed yet
Much more important
Raise a ticket to move to 21CN this should give you a significant speed increase and also increase the upload speed - there is no cost for this
It will also fix the BT IP profile problem as on 21CN it changes instantly

Thanks a bunch, I've done what you suggested and I've opened a ticket. However the response time is over 24 hours, so I'm going to try ring Plusnet and see if they can deal with it over the phone.

It won't happen until after Monday anyway as it needs BT to go into the exchange and physically move your connection

I see, in that case is it possible to somehow force the update of the BT IP Profile? I mean can you guys do it or can I ring up BT?

It has to be done by Plusnet and that means staff not moderators
