Broadband is going off!

Can someone please have a look at my account as I have a problem with my broadband disconnecting, for the last few days its been going off for about 15 minutes then comes back on its starting to p me off!

I suggest raising this as a dropping connection fault at http://faults.plus.net so that the faults team can take a look at the problem. Initially you'll be guided through some internal checks.

Sorry to hear about the problems with your connection. I've made a few checks and can't see any obvious reasons as to why that's happening.
Bear with us and our faults team will be getting back to you ASAP.

It seems to be ok at the moment well for the last day anyway if it happens again I shall let you know thank you
