Broadband horribly erratic today and yesterday.

Hi
We joined plusnet mid December and the speeds have been great (almost 15mbps) but over the past couple of days the speed is dropping randomly for half hour or so at a time.  We've put the router off and on and it made no difference.  I was about to phone support and it came back!
Just wondering if there are known issues today (the website says nothing, I checked)
We're in mid Wales (SY23 postcode)

Are you checking the speed wired or through WiFi?
What sort of speed is it dropping to?
How many devices are connected to the router - are you sure only the one running the speedtest is active when doing your test?
What speedtester are you using?

@Loopy we're not aware of any issues in your area, I'd advise heading to http://faults.plus.net if that happens again.
