Broadband has been active since 2nd Feb, routers still not detecting DSL

I've tried with three separate routers, all of which I tested with another connection so I know they definitely work, I have also tried different filters, different cables, plugged the routers directly into the master socket with nothing else in the house plugged in and still the DSL light does not come on with any of the routers.
Raised a ticket, and one of the reponses was;
[Internal]
RADIUS: Not connected
TAGS ok
NSC
NIC ok
CLT ok
TAM : DNR
Does anyone have any idea what this means? They want to send an engineer out who I assume will do all the same things that I have already tried....
Cheers.

The engineer should be able to test from the exchange and your premises to pinpoint the fault. That's the next step of the faults process to go through.

RADIUS is the Remote Access Dial In User Server, and that says you are not connected.
TAM is Test Access Matrix (a testing device) and I assume DNR is Did Not Respond.
Both of these, not surprisingly, confirm no evidence of a connection, and engineer attention is needed to establish why and fix the fault.
