Right now I would consider 1.5 Mbps a luxury,
I have beem stuck at 288 Kbps for several days now, still no real help from PN tech support !

Feel your pain, I've been stuck at 0.7 for 5 months now down from 2.1, and seem to be getting nowhere

Yes, I am not particularly impressed myself. My connection issues have been dragging on for nearly 4 weeks now in one form or another. My connection speed has dropped by 71%.
