I have fibre broadband and my signal drops out multiple times a day, both on my PC (connected via ethernet and wi-fi) and another PC and laptop via wi-fi only.
Usually it will come back after a few minutes without me doing anything. Other times I need to reset the router, or the network adaptor, though it's hard to know if this is actually doing anything. A couple of nights ago I couldn't connect for over an hour and in the end gave up. By morning it was back on again.
I need the internet constantly throughout the day as I work from home as does my partner.
When I go to the 'Troubleshoot broadband' page it takes me straight to a page saying my fault will be looked into and that I don't need to do anything. I've never had any acknowledgement back from this though or a solution to the issue.
Please can you check from your end about what can be happening?
