Broadband drops!!

Hello, I had plusnet since 2 months only now. And I'm already experiencing huge trouble. The broadband keeps dropping. The light disappears then it comes back a minute then goes down again.
I tried calling plusnet but waiting time was 1 hour and chat kept on dropping.
I reported a fault but nobody has got in touch with me.
Anyone can help?

Sorry to hear you're having issues.

I can see you reported the fault on the 2nd and our tests have found a issue that we'll need to book a engineer for.
