Broadband dropping



We are also having a similar problem to what others are facing


Our WIFI connection keeps dropping on the devices we use.  They are all impacted at the same time irrespective of location in the house.  This is highly frustrating at times and embarrassing when you are supposed to be on a Teams call with a client for work.  I'm currently tethered to my phone with my work laptop as it won't connect


Can this please be looked at quickly as a services which doesn't work properly, isn't worth having at all!!

Hi there, it sounds like your router would benefit from some changes to the wireless settings. 


I can do that remotely for you if you like, feel free to send me a PM with the serial number for the router and I should be able to do that for you.
