Hello, ever since I upgraded my broadband, my connection has been dropping out a lot and the speeds are very low...... Can you check if something is wrong please

@Anfield3000 Quickest way, apparently is to report a problem via: Report your broadband problem | Help | Plusnet
If you don't get an answer within 15 or so minutes, or the bot says you don't have an issue, come back here and we may be able to offer further advice.

Thank you for the link, the bot says it found a problem on plusnets end and they will get an engineer to look into it.
