Broadband dropout

I left a question with Help Assistant,over 24hrs ago, re very bad problem with broadband dropout every few seconds.

Also, reported that my Download speed was 11.76 and Upload speed was 0.9  !!!!    80% below what it should be.

Am still awaiting a reply. The waiting time to speak to some one was 30minutes!! I could not do this.

I would appreciate any help regarding this problem. With thanks.

Hello there,

 

Sorry to hear you are experiencing slow speeds.

 

Testing your broadband your line appears to be banded and the signal to noise ratio pretty high, causing your slow speeds.

 

Looking at your connection this seems stable so I've reset your line. I've also updated your ticket with more detail.
