Broadband down

Since the storm Tuesday evening through to Wednesday am our broadband has been on a solid red light. We are in Fk14 area. We have checked and phone line ok, cables ok, multiple resets, unplugged, factory reset but nothing working. Get a green light then blue for about 5 to 10 secs then goes back to red. can anyone confirm if this A broadband outage for this area or whether our modem was possibly damaged due to storm? Trying to work from home but near impossible without broadband. Trying to be patient but 3 days and unable to get through to Plusnet. Thanks for any advice.

Mine just stopped. NP11
Upstream/downstream good speeds.
Router can't log back in
No chat
No customer service phone
Two of us homeworking due to coronavirus
When will this be fixed, please?
