Broadband down

Anyone else's internet just mysteriously turned off. I've tried ringing but I cant bring myself to wait and speak to someone who will probably fill me with a pack of lies. I've spent far to long speaking to customer service with this provider I'm pretty much on first name terms with them all.

Are you losing service or is it just wifi that's failing?
Use SEARCH for wifi tips.
Check phone is not suffering background noise; that will impact BB performance.

Yeah checked all that before I posted on here. Surprisingly it only took 20 mins to get through to customer services this time. I've been told that theres a fault and that they are currently dealing with this. Thing is I've been told 48 hours in the past and a 3 weeks later I finally got service. I've now received a phone call saying that hopefully I might get service back before that time frame so fingers crossed.

After my ranting about previous complaints against this provider this time they stepped up to the mark and I'm back online inside the time frame they gave me. Thank you
