lost internet checked the usual and rebooted router checked the phone even tried another router, anyway it came back, long enough for me to check the status on PN (http://www.plus.net/supportpages.html?a=2) and no issues, lost the connection 10 mins and its back check on BT site and oh yes there are issues "We're really sorry but we've got a problem at the moment in the Newcastle area, which means that some of our customers will be having trouble getting online. We're trying to fix the problem as quickly as we can. " from https://www.homeandwork.openreach.co.uk/help-and-support/local-network-status-checker.aspx so could PN not have this link on the status page or the info - It would be helpful if we know there's a problem rather than thinking its the line or equipment.
