Hi
I am managing the Phone for my 91 year old Father currently in isolation 1bou5 50 miles away. I have for many years done this with IP cameras in the property and remote management software with a pc there connected to tv. Yesterday morning everything went down.
It appears that the wifi is off as i have remote mains adapters off too. I suspect the router possibly PSU but it would be of help toknow if the Router is synced at the exchange. All multiple efforts to contact Plusnet have failed.
My father is Ok and in phone contact so no worries there , My only fix is sending a replacement router and talking him through replacement i would need to preload remote software on it . It would be really good to know if the exchange is syncing with the router.

Thank you Plusnet5 support Contacted them today and reset exchange sync and now fully working.
