Broadband disconnections today.

well yesterday i managed to get a stable connection and today i rebooted the router and again got a stable connection but the speed is down.

Connection Speed	4722 kbps	864 kbps
Line Attenuation	55.0 db	32.4 db
Noise Margin	9.0 db	8.7 db

Download is slightly lower than i normal get but the upload seems stable again.
