Every night for the last couple of weeks the broadband is cutting out at the same time, it only last 5 minutes but when in the middle of something it ruins it.
its every night at 1am +- 5 minutes either side, considering where in DST i'm guessing Plusnet have something they do every night at midnight GMT that causes connections to reset.
Is this meant to be happening? if so I will be changing provider, I'll probably get the usual response of there appears to be a fault on the line etc, there is no fault, has been tested multiple times in the past, used to cut out all the time, with the standard issue router that plusnet uses, I have since upgraded to an openreach modem and a Netgear Nighthawk X6 R8000 router, now connection is pretty decent and stable other than the cutout at 00:00 GMT every night.
