Broadband cutting out intermittently

Hi. Our service has been cutting out intermittently since yesterday morning (Friday, 24 April). All devices; I’ve checked the router when down and it reports that the internet isn’t connected. Goes back up within 1 or 2 minutes. Are there an6 current issues with your service?

Welcome to our forum.
Sorry to hear about problems with your connection. I can see that there were quite few drops on Friday and Saturday but now line is again stable.
I have tested your line and there is a fault on it but it may be caused by internal wiring. Can you please follow this guide to exclude issues with internal wiring before we will arrange engineer visit?
