Broadband constantly dropping out (WiFi ok)

Can anyone help? Since last night/early this morning, the broadband connection is constantly dropping out. It stays on for max 3 mins, then I get the flashing orange light, solid orange, orange broadband light, then the blue light and a connection for 3 mins before it rinses and repeats this all.

Here's an extract of the most recent event log - definitely repeated issues with resolving host, also errors with packets?
