Broadband constantly dropping out. Sync speed at 0.5MB

As the title says, our BB has been on and off for over a week now, at first it would lose connection then be ok again after a few minutes (retaining its ~20MB speed)... but now its stuck at 0.5MB and still dropping out quite often. It's been great until this last week or so, seems others are having similar issues..?

It looks like your connection has become banded due to the drops on your line as shown below.

I can see you already have a fault raised. We'll get that picked up as soon as possible.
