Broadband connection

Hello,
My broadband is due to be activated on 27/10/15. My router is showing it is connected to the internet. However, it fails when I attempt to login using my username and password.
Is there any chance you can activate my broadband early as it appears to be connected.

I can see your connection is due to complete on Monday, this can be anytime hence our systems will send a  message confirming you will be active the following day, at the moment not all work is complete however sometimes you can get a temporary connection whilst this is being done but generally this disconnects after a short while.
We cannot speed this up however everything is set to fully activate from Monday, everything is processing as expected.

I've activated your account on our systems, so you may be able to log in now. However we can't investigate a fault until the actual activation date.
