I assume the mixture of units is: from 10-11Mb to 6Mb and 1.4Mb to below 1Mb?

Just looking over your connection logs, it doesn't seem that you've had any chronic series of drops that would have been adequate enough to drop the speeds. Have any of these drops been initiated by yourself via a router reboot?
<img src="http://community.plus.net/visualradius/generated/image14121761494484.png"/>
The speed profiles seem to match up correctly on both our side and the suppliers so this all seems to be in order however I note from your router stats that you do have some errors shown on the line. Given this, would you be able to test the connection from the test socket behind the face place of the master socket and see if this makes any difference on the errors? Details on how to do this can be seen here.

Does your statement imply that the PN profile has changed since that reported by the OP above?
Of some recent time, the profile has been 6.7Mbps, slightly more than half of what it should be. The absence of contemporary diagnostic BT wholesale speed test results is a little unfortunate as we do not know

It has indeed and should be sat around the 11.6mbps mark at the moment. The issue I'm having is seeing what caused the drop and I noted the errors shown in the router logs.

Next time his happens, can you please capture the router log BEFORE rebooting it. This log just shows a full restart, with a much improved synch speed.
Following this resynch there will be a follow up drop in PPP session when the plusnet systems are advised by BTOR of the change in synch speed and need to apply the change to your data speed profile.
What version of firmware is the router on please?

Ok i`lll leave the log, will post when happens again, regarding your post, when you say `Following this resynch there will be a follow up drop in PPP session when the plusnet systems are advised by BTOR of the change in synch speed and need to apply the change to your data speed profile` would this have anything to do with my speed test go from showing 10+MBs to 6+MBs, has my profile changed for the worst,
Thankyou

The firmware info is what I was looking for.
The 16:22 resynch at 14Mbps should have delivered a profile of 12.3Mbps - without time matching BT and PN profiles it is difficult to know what is going on.
I think we need to wait for a look at the log on the occasion of the next drop. Wait a while to see what happens before bouncing the router.
@CRT,
Can a firmware upgrade be pushed out to this router please?
Kevin

@Townman - I can indeed arrange for the firmware to be upgraded, hopefully this will resolve the issue if this sits solely with the drop in connection being caused by traffic generated by Destiny. I know there have been some question raised about this around certain forums as there have been similar theories raised on this game.
Just looking at the connection logs, it looks like the last disconnection matches up with the rough time that the Destiny drop was reported and there has been no issues since.
<img src="http://community.plus.net/visualradius/generated/image14122473924760.png"/>
@chris300 - Can you confirm if you're only seeing this when playing Destiny or possibly any other game?
I'm going to request the router firmware upgrade now so it should hopefully be complete within the next hour. If you notice the connection drop/router reboot during this time i would ask that you leave it to reboot and reconnect of its own accord as this will probably be the update being applied and rebooting it while its upgrading could cause problems and possibly break the router.
I'll post back once I have some confirmation of this being completed.

An aside question - RADIUS logs are they LOCAL time?
Experience tells me when doing diagnostics between discrete systems there is a danger during BST in not knowing / realising that some time stamps might be UCT (GMT) and others are local time (BST)

The firmware upgrade has now been completed, it may require you to reserve an IP address and set up game mode for the Xbox One or possibly drop the console in the DMZ.
@Townman - As far as I'm aware, these should be GMT which I presume will be taken from the same place as all the machines on our internal/external networks but I'll see if I can track someone down to check that.
