Hi, since moving house a few months ago I lose my broadband connection every few days, it comes back quiet quickly but it's something I did not get at my last address. It's more a pain rather then a major problem but would be nice for it not to happen, I am on standard broadband . A little help from a nice plusnet staff member please !

I'm sorry to hear of the issues you're having here. I've made some changes to the settings on your line which I think should help keep the lien stable for you.
Can you let us know if you continue to have problems?
