Hi all,
over the last 2-3 weeks or so I've had repeated disconnections at various times during the day (twice in the last hour), sometimes at midnight. When this occurs I use my phone's mobile internet to check the service status of plusnet broadband and with the exception of the problems on the 10th of July (and the maintenance which occurred before the world cup from midnight to 6am), I've been having these disconnections when the service status has said that the problem should have been resolved.
Would it be possible to identify the cause of these intermittent disconnections? I should also point out that the router does not always think the internet connection has dropped (below you can see it says it has been up for 4 days).
Additional Information:
BT Wholesale tests: Download speedachieved during the test was - 10.42 Mbps
For your connection, the acceptable range of speeds is 4 Mbps-21 Mbps.

as noted this would suggest you're not losing connection:
are you using wired or wireless connection when it seems to go awol?

I can't see that your connection is dropping as shown here:

I've checked on our suppliers systems and can't spot any drops in sync either. Can you check that your drivers are all up to date on your computer?
